Ampiphy. The End
Aug 19th
Dear friends, fans & family,
Ampiphy have decided to stop!
The band members will go their separate ways. They are still great friends and buddies. However it proved not doable to combine the different musical tastes and level of ambition between the band members.
Vincent, Martijn & Ruben like to thank everyone for joining them on their adventure.
It has been fun!
Hey Hey My My Rock N Roll Will Never Die
PS: The planned gig in October will be the last official gig with the original band members. We hope to meet you there.

Ampiphy recorded 3 songs in Utrecht on May 4th 2010. The set included the first time recording of an Ampiphy original “Time”. This tune was written by Ruben & Marcel Heijnsbroek.
The other songs recorded are Broken Down & Where Do We Go Now. Both Ampiphy songs are written by Vincent Le Blanc and appeared prior on Speed Demo & Lonely Road. They where re-recorded to give both songs a “live” feel to them, thus representing the live experience you get when you visit an Ampiphy gig.

Ampiphy cover Rory Gallagher’s Bad Penny
Apr 25th
Ampiphy spent the entire Saturday 24th April 2010 in the studio to record a bunch of songs. One of these songs is a cover of one of Ampiphy’s favorite Rory Gallagher songs. Bad Penny Rory Gallagher (2 March 1948 – 14 June 1995) was an Irish blues-rock multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and bandleader. One of Ampiphy’s “guitar heres”.
Enjoy Ampiphy’s interpretation.

Ampiphy will be supporting ZZ Tops (UK)
Apr 12th
More great news.
Ampiphy will be ZZ Tops support act on June 6th 2010 in De Bosuil.
They look forward to playing with a UK based band. The ZZ Tops were formed in 2007 to celebrate the music and career of ZZ Top – one of the greates rock n’ roll bands of all time. Comprising of FRANKS WEIRD on Drums, DUSTY THRILLS on Bass Guitar and the REV. BILLY F. BIGGUNS on Guitar, “That lil’ ol’ band from Devon” nails the look, the sound and the overall vibe of the Texas Trio with the beards, the cheap sunglasses, the fuzzy guitars, More >

Ol’ Time Lovin’ “Popsport Edit”
Feb 11th
Ol’ Time Lovin’ is a song written and recorded by Ampiphy singer, songwriter & guitar player Vincent Le Blanc in 2009.
This track is recorded by the band. Vincent, Ruben Heijnsbroek and Martijn Oosterhuis where joined in the end chorus by Daisy van Vroenhoven {A fan!}.
This symbolizes Ampiphy’s dedication to their fans.
Recorded at Opnamestudio Artichoque in Ooisterwijk The song was recorded and mixed by René Bloks & Jos Bloks. These are some quotes by listeners on Slicethepie.
